Waylon is a handsome 3-year old tri-color German Shepherd mix. This sweet boy has proved his resilience more than once. He came to Serendipity last year from a rural animal control as an underweight stray. Waylon quickly adapted to being part of the Serendipity pack and found a new family. Unfortunately, he is back with us because the family no longer has time for him. He has remarkably taken this in stride and is looking forward to his next adventure. Waylon is a happy guy who is always up for walking, napping, brushing, belly rubs, or snuggling. Whatever you have in mind works for him. Waylon is a hearty chewer who enjoys nylon bones, but he thinks other things that look like toys are his for the taking, so a home with small children isn’t ideal, but older kids and even a dog buddy would be a great match. Waylon is ready to find his forever home. He enthusiastically greets everyone he meets and can’t wait to become your new best friend. We believe he is crate-trained and house-trained, so he can easily adapt to a new routine.
