Born in the shelter after her heavily pregnant mom was rescued, Bambi is one of five beautiful puppies who got a second chance at life. She may have been the smallest in the litter, but her sweetness shines the brightest. True to her name, Bambi is soft, kind, and incredibly affectionate. Her energy level is just right — playful and happy without being overwhelming. She enjoys walks, does well on leash, and rides nicely in the car. She’s kennel trained, not destructive, and not a big barker. She can be handled and touched easily and loves gentle attention. Bambi is wonderful with adults, great with kids, and very friendly with other dogs. She hasn’t been tested with cats, but she has such a gentle temperament that she may do well with proper introductions. She would especially love a home with another dog to be her buddy, but she can also thrive as your one-and-only.
