At about 3.5 years old and 18 pounds, Drake is proof that a rough beginning doesn't get to decide how the story ends. He was found as a stray in bad shape battling a severe case of demodex mange that left his skin sore and his coat patchy. Thankfully, kind people stepped in and fostered him through recovery giving him the time and care he needed to heal. Now that he's healthy and feeling good, he's officially ready for his next chapter including a home that's all his own! And honestly? He seems determined to make up for lost time. Drake is equal parts goofball and sweetheart. He zips around the yard with enthusiasm, invents his own games, and makes the funniest little rumbling noise that sounds suspiciously like a cat's purr when he's happy.
