Scrappy had an owner from the time he was six weeks old until he was abandoned at a boarding shelter. Scrappy likes people. He is respectful and obedient with adults and children. He has not only been to the foster's parents' house and met older people, he has also been into several adoption events where he interacted happily and safely with children. Scrappy loves to play with other dogs. He does best with the larger dogs as he tends to knock over the smaller ones. He has been exposed to cats, but has not been left alone with them. Scrappy is good in the car, walks well on the leash and is crate and house trained.
