About Rex
Rex is a 12-year-old wirehaired terrier and pug mix who’s working through the aftermath of a back injury from an unlucky fall off the bed. He can walk, just a bit slow—his hind legs still need time and patience as he regains strength. A home that’s able to support his rehab, encourage regular walks, and appreciates a mellow, gentle presence will suit him best. Rex gets along with dogs, cats, and kids, making him an easy fit in most homes. The adoption fee for Rex is completely waived, and the rescue backs his recovery by offering to cover any rehabilitation care he needs for up to a year.
