About Poppy
Meet Poppy — a sweet young puppy with a heart as soft as her snuggles. This big snuggle buddy loves to cuddle and will happily curl up in your lap after a little playtime. Poppy has a gentle, loving nature and is already showing what a devoted companion she’ll grow up to be. She is wonderful with dogs, cats, and kids of all ages, making her a fantastic fit for just about any loving home. Poppy is currently working on potty training. She isn’t much of a fan of the cold weather just yet, so going outside isn’t always her favorite thing — but she’s learning and making progress every day! Poppy is ready to find a forever family who will shower her with love — and save her a warm, cozy spot on the couch just for her. This puppy is eligible for our Puppy Starter Package, a $75 value included in his adoption fee! New puppy parents will go home with a small bag of puppy food, martingale collar, leash, a small Mumbies chew, and puppy treats — everything you need to start off with success from day one. Items included in the basket are subject to change based on availability. All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. If you are interested in meeting this animal, please complete an adoption application on our website: https://www.BestPawsRescue.com Spay/Neuter Policy Any animal that has not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption will require a signed Spay/Neuter Agreement and a refundable $100 deposit (payable by check or electronic payment). The procedure must be completed within six (6) months of the adoption date. Once Best Paws Rescue receives acceptable proof of the spay/neuter procedure, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter. Failure to comply with the terms of the Spay/Neuter Agreement within the required six (6) months will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the procedure is performed by one of Best Paws Rescue’s approved veterinary partners, the full cost of the spay/neuter is covered by the adoption fee. Ages and breeds are our best estimates, and we cannot make any guarantees. Most of our animals come from overcrowded shelters with limited resources. We do our best to evaluate each animal’s behavior and medical needs and place them into loving foster homes until they are ready to go home with you. Our organization is operated entirely by dedicated volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.
