He needs a home to decompress. Splinter came to us from an animal control where his owner had to sign him over due to unforeseen circumstances. Splinter was in a home with other dogs and he has been good around the other dogs here at RCHS. He was afraid of the cats and cautious around the volunteers. Splinter has not shown any aggression. With all this said, Splinter will need a home who understands its going to take some work for him to trust you. He wants to love and be loved.
