Bacon Double Cheeseburger is a four year old English Bulldog who was rescued from our local shelter just before Christmas. Talk about a holiday miracle. She arrived snorting, snoring, and bursting with personality. When she came to us, she had a few medical issues including ear, eye, and skin infections. Since then, she has had an impressive glow up. She is now post eye surgery, said goodbye to her cherry eye, had a little eyelid lift, and is feeling better than ever. She will need lifelong eye drops and does best on a salmon based diet to help manage her allergies. Beauty comes with maintenance, and she wears it well. She is playful, hilarious, and absolutely loves people. A professional couch lounger, she enjoys sleeping in, snuggling, and being the center of attention. She is both potty trained and crate trained. She prefers to be the only dog in the home. She is not aggressive or reactive, but she values her personal space and thrives as the star of the show.
