About Reggie

Reggie, known to some as Rocky B or "Baseball Player," is looking for a committed foster or adopter anywhere in the Northeast. He's based in Vassalboro, ME now, but will need someone ready for his transition after a whirlwind few years. Originally found as a stray in NYC and briefly adopted, Reggie ended up back looking for a home through no fault of his own. Through it all, he’s proven loyal and loving—he's at his happiest when around his people. Reggie comes neutered, crate trained, house trained (lets you know when he needs to go out), and leash trained. He travels well and can lose himself in toys almost as easily as he can a nap on the couch. Social and people-focused, he's playful with children and adults alike. He should be your only dog to start, as he needs slow, structured introductions if joining a home with other dogs and isn’t a fit for immediate multi-dog households. He hasn’t been tested with cats. Reggie is currently being assessed by a vet for an eye issue and is likely blind in one eye, but medical care is being handled. If you’re in the Northeast and need a loyal companion, Reggie’s waiting. Click apply to start the adoption process.
