Well hello there, I am Publo, a ten pound gentleman with a scruffy coat and a heart that is anything but rough around the edges. They tell me I am about five years old, which I think is the perfect age. I have outgrown the silly puppy chaos, but I still have plenty of pep in my step and sparkle in my eye. I arrived as a stray on 2/17/26, just a little guy out exploring the world on my own. Those days are behind me now. I have passed all my tests with flying colors, because I am what you might call a very nice and sweet fellow. I believe in polite greetings, warm cuddles, and being a loyal sidekick to my people. As a terrier mix, I have that classic terrier charm. I am alert, curious, and always ready to see what is going on. I may be small, but I carry myself like a big dog. I love being outside, feeling the sunshine on my shiny black coat, and then curling up close to someone special when the day is done. Good news for families with furry friends, I get along well with other dogs and even cats. I am respectful, friendly, and happy to share my space. At just ten pounds, I fit nicely into just about any home, whether it is a cozy apartment or a house with a yard to explore. What I am really searching for is my person, someone who will look at my bright eyes and see a best friend. I promise to greet you with a wag, sit by your side during quiet evenings, and remind you every day that little dogs can bring very big love.
