Why hello there. My name is Doug. My shelter friends say I am short and sassy but hey. I just know what I like. Some of those things include your time and attention. Wether it be in the form of a walk, playing in the backyard or digging into some snacks together. Im great at so many things. Including waiting until walk time to use the bathroom outside all on my own. I can be described as stubborn but I prefer to see myself as strong. Im so strong in fact, that with a little help from my shelter friends I was able to survive heartworm disease. Now that I am fully recovered and back to my amazing and adorable self, I would love to be a part of your family. I will have to be the only dog in the family as other dogs and I dont get along very well. You can come meet me anyday.
