Russet is a 6-month-old female tabby with the softest coat and the most stunning golden eyes you’ve ever seen. She is a shy little girl who has blossomed during her time in foster care. Russet absolutely adores other cats and would thrive in a home with another young cat or kitten to help her continue building confidence and to be her playful companion. She loves playing with feather wands and racing the resident cats to the top of the cat tree. Russet has a congenital deformity that needs to be monitored. The condition has improved as She’s grown and has not required medication or any medical intervention in several months. Her foster parent can go over the details of her condition prior to meeting her. What Russet’s looking for in a home: - She can get nervous, so she needs a kind and patient guide to help her feel comfortable with new experiences. - She needs an already established resident feline friend close to her age to play with and model good cat manners. - She has lots of energy and will benefit from plenty of active play time. - She feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment. - She needs to live indoors only. - She has a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to her age. - She has no known history with dogs. - She has no known history with children.
