Hubble is a gray and white Domestic Short Hair cat with a medium build and a short coat. He is young and neutered, with vaccinations up to date. Hubble lives with special needs due to his paralysis and incontinence. He is not house trained and currently resides in Suffolk, VA.

About Hubble

Hubble was found at just seven weeks old, already paralyzed in both hind legs. Where others might give up, Hubble is determined and quick, crawling on his knees and using his right leg to push up when he feels like it—but mostly, he just keeps moving. He’s brave, very smart, and doesn’t hesitate to let you know what he’s thinking. Baths, diaper changes, or expressing his bladder and bowels never faze him. He’s happy to wear a diaper and onesie, snuggles up for caregiving, and even enjoys a good swim when followed by a warm cuddle. Despite being incontinent, Hubble does great being expressed twice a day, and seems unfazed by his special routine. He gets along well with other cats, holds his own at playtime, and is often seen riding in his sling bag on trips with his foster mom—a vet—always watching the world go by, especially when it’s not too chilly. Hubble is looking for someone who sees him not as a burden, but as the delightful, sassy companion he is. He needs a home where his quirks are embraced and where he’ll receive hands-on care as part of the routine. Ready to share your life with a cat who keeps things interesting and has a giant heart?
