Moira was surrendered to the New York City Animal Care Centers through no fault of her own. As the shelter filled beyond capacity, her life was suddenly at risk simply because there wasn't enough space. We couldn't let that be her ending. Moira is a sensitive, soulful girl who just needs someone patient and kind to show her that home is permanent. Moira survived the system; now she's ready to thrive in a loving home.
