Ozzy’s story is a sad one, we are hoping it will have a happy ending. Ozzy came into the rescue 5 years ago. We did think he was not treated very well by his original owners. 😞 He definitely had some fear aggression with new people. He needed a very patient, loving adopter that would work with his issues. One that understood Ozzy would LOVE and bond to them, but not so much everyone else. He has fear agression with new people. An adopter that understood he would need to be put away when people came over to kerp everyone safe. Then came along Ozzy’s angel! A woman who accepted him as he was. She was patient with getting to know him and just loved him!! He found his adopter! She kept in touch with the rescue, sending us pictures and updates. Then, 4 1/2 years later we get an email. His owner suddenly and unexpectedly passed away of a heart attack and Ozzy needed a new home. 😢 So he’s back, grieving, his life turned upside down. And now he needs a second angel!! Ozzy is approximately 6 yrs old, cocker spaniel. He is housebroken and crate trained. Ozzy likes other dogs, he currently lives with a couple other dogs, however, he is not a good sharer.
