Kane is from Texas. He was brought into rescue after being confiscated during an animal cruelty investigation. Kane has been thriving since entering rescue, and now it's time to find him a home of his very own! Even with his rough start in life, Kane is a sweet boy. Kane has shown his spirited personality right from the start-the first volunteer to give him a bath described him as "a little hurricane!" Kane is a happy, energetic puppy who loves stuffed toys, warm fluffy beds, yak cheese chews and wrestling with other dogs. He's polite with all adults, cats and dogs of all sizes. He is untested with children, but there's no reason to think it would be a bad fit, as long as the children are respectful and dog savvy. Kane enjoys soaking up the sunshine whenever he can. Cold weather and wet grass aren't his favorite, but he's more than happy to bundle up in a cozy sweater. While his foster is away, Kane stays in a kennel, and at night he sleeps in the foster's bed. Kane is working on potty training and does his business outside when taken out.
