Woof woof! Dewey here. At a year and a half, and a solid 72 pounds of black lab mix, I'm practically a grown-up! My days are filled with the best things a dog could ask for: peanut butter-stuffed Kongs, exhilarating games of fetch (I'm a natural, if I do say so myself), and car rides where I get to stick my nose out the window and sniff all the interesting smells. I'm told I have a LOT of energy. I need walks, and lots of them or someone who has a fenced-in yard. Are you someone who loves long walks or an adventure partner? If so, I'm your guy! Luckily, I'm easily motivated. Treats are my kryptonite! A little piece of cheese or a chewy bone and I'll do just about anything. I'm also a HUGE fan of people. Big people, little people, I love them all! I just want to shower them with slobbery kisses and wag my tail until it falls off. What I really want, though, is a furry friend to play with. Someone my size would be amazing! We could chase each other around the yard, wrestle over toys, and generally cause happy chaos. I get along well with smaller dogs too, but sometimes I forget how big I am and might need a little supervision during introductions. I promise I'll bring plenty of enthusiasm – and maybe a little peanut butter on my nose.
