About Macaroon C
Meet Macaroon - A Quiet Beauty with a Secret Soft Side Macaroon is a delicate creamsicle-colored princess with the most beautiful face and the softest buff-toned fur you've ever seen. At first glance, she's shy, self-contained, and observant-taking in the world with thoughtful, gentle eyes. She's not the type to demand attention or climb all over you, and she's perfectly happy keeping all four paws on the ground (she'll politely remind you with a tiny hiss if you forget). While Macaroon is still not much for petting or handling, there's a whole other side to her that she reveals when she feels safe. She is a constant little shadow, quietly following her person from room to room, and at night she curls up to cuddle-especially when she thinks you won't notice. Her affection is subtle, earned, and incredibly special. Don't let her delicate demeanor fool you, though. Macaroon is quietly confident and very much in charge when it comes to other cats. She has zero guilt about taking the best seat, expects to be groomed as her due, and holds her own with calm authority. Other cats clearly provide her with emotional grounding, and she truly thrives in their company. Macaroon is playful, enjoys rolling toys, and loves "meat tube time," when she temporarily transforms into a bold, enthusiastic kitten. She also adores giving and receiving kitty grooming sessions. Macaroon will require another cat in the household and will do best in a calm, patient home where her beauty and independence are appreciated. She's an ideal companion for someone who loves cats but doesn't need a pet constantly in their business-someone who understands that the quiet ones often love the deepest. If you're willing to move at her pace, Macaroon will reward you with loyalty, nighttime cuddles, and the rare joy of being chosen by a truly special cat. Macaroon is from a local shelter. Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats' emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of "Single Kitten Syndrome" (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten's most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
