An out-of-towner visiting family found this spunky gal waiting for the drive-in to open. Like many shepherd’s Val is a vocal gal; she screams when she doesn’t like something, when she likes something, when she sees a cat, and when she sees her people. At least she lets you always know what she’s thinking. Val is still quite young and would ask that her furever home be familiar with her breed, though it’s not necessary if they are willing to work with her as she learns to enjoy doggie life. She’s very smart and enjoys “working”, so training sessions will be fun for everyone. Val would do well in a cat free adult only/children 15+ home, and use your best judgement if anyone in the home is a fall risk (due to her rambunctious play style. She doesn’t know her own strength). All members of the family will need to meet Val before she could go home, including any dogs.
