Black dogs can be so hard to photograph. Peggy is adorable, all 9-10 pounds of her with her long legs and long skinny suzzle. Looking for the perfect companion, maybe kind of an emotional support animal? Peggy is a calm chihuahua mix who loves to follow her person around, cuddle with them (under a blanket is even better) and just an all around wonderful dog. Gets along with her doggie foster siblings, is perfect while her person is at work, housebroken-how could you ask for more. Estimated to be about 6 years old, vaccinated, spayed and just had a full dental. PLEASE NOTE- AN APPLICATION FROM THE WEBSITE ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG IS REQUIRED prior to any meet and greet. Calling, emailing or "inquiring" is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog. The adoption fee is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative, heartworm test if age appropriate and spay/neuter. All of our dogs will be microchipped. Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration.
