Current Location: Manassas VA Hi! My name is Ozzy, and I arrived at OPH on 1/9/2026. I am Estimated to be a 2 year old Australian Shepherd mix. I have only been with Foster mom for a short time, but here is what she has to say about me so far: - I am very friendly and outgoing. Everyone is my friend! - I am good with other dogs - I love the car and will jump right in. Sometimes I think car rides equal snuggle time, so I needed to be seat belted in to keep me out of foster mom's lap. - I may look like an Aussie, but I self-identify as a Lab - I am OBSESSED with tennis balls and love playing fetch. I even take a tennis balls on my walks. I also really like the bath - As soon as I hear "bath time" (whether its for me or not), I'm in! Hopefully you like a buddy when you shower :) - I still have some puppy tendencies: sometimes I get a little mouthy when I'm playing but I am easily directed to a toy. I also like to jump up on people to get pet. - I am high energy (typical for my breed); I'd do best in an active family and/or someone with space where I could get my energy out. I'd love a hiking or running buddy! Let's do all the outdoor activities! - I haven't had any accidents in the house - I like the crate! I go right in with a treat and settle right down - I am up-to-date on all my vaccines and monthly preventatives. I sound pretty awesome, right??
