About Bosa

Bosa is a 1 1/2-year-old Cane Corso who’s all heart with an endless supply of young dog energy. He's still mastering the leash and tends to jump and pull as he explores the world, acting every bit the puppy in a large, imposing body. Bosa doesn’t quite know “sit” on command yet, but a gentle rub from his neck to his tail will usually convince him to park it, at least for a moment. He’s looking for an adopter with strong, breed-specific experience and a dedication to patient, structured, positive-reinforcement training. This is a sweet-natured, powerful dog who will thrive with a confident, active person already familiar with big, energetic breeds. As he’s new to the shelter, more will be shared about Bosa’s personality as he settles in, but right now he’s just happy to meet you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
