Valentino came to us from a concerned person who had been taking care of him after possibly being dropped off near their home. He was staying in the heated garage because they already had 6 cats, but they knew he deserved a family of his own, so they brought him to HOPE. Valentino has been super sweet and affectionate from day one. He is roughly 14 pounds of pure love, but his meow sounds more like a squeak. He did test positive for FIV. All that means is that his immune system is compromised so if he were to get an infection he would need to be seen by the veterinarian quickly. Cats with FIV can live a very long and happy life and it is transmitted to other cats via a deep bite wound.
