Charlie is a sweet 4 month old boy who was found in Eastern Washington. He's still learning that people are safe, but he's making great progress every day. Charlie does wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, and having furry (and human!) friends around really helps boost his confidence. With a little patience and love, he's sure to grow into the most loyal and loving companion.
