Angie is a 3–4 month old black lab mix with a leggy build and a whole lot of sweetness. She’s around 20 pounds right now, mostly legs, but she's filling out nicely with the love and care she's getting in her foster home. She’s an easy pup to love. Sweet from the start, very people-oriented, and generous with kisses. Angie assumes laps are fair game. Too big? You can’t possibly mean her?! Like any puppy, curiosity drives her. She wants to see and poke her little nose into every nook and cranny....afterall, there might be snacks there! She plays well with other dogs and enjoys having canine company, which would make her a great match for a home with another friendly pup. She's a pretty calm pup though, and thoroughly enjoys her down time, including plenty of afternoon naps with her foster pals. Training is in progress. She’s working on housebreaking and crate training in her foster home and responding well, but she’s still a puppy and will need plenty of consistency and patience. An active household that enjoys engaging their dogs with exercise, play, and some basic training work will suit her best. Physically, she’s going to be a stunner. Shiny black coat, webbed feet for swimming (lab forward), long legs, and an extra-long tail that wags so hard it had to be bandaged to keep her from injuring herself (seriously!). She has no known health issues and her adult weight is estimated at 45-60 lbs but this is only an estimate. She’s the kind of puppy who bonds quickly and wants to be part of your everyday routine.
