About Tortilla

Tortilla is a sweet boy. He gets along great with kids, other dogs, and cats. He seems to be housebroken and loves to go for walks. To find more information on him, please email animalcontrol@lowellar.gov. If you're interested in meeting him, stop by the Lowell Animal Shelter Wednesday through Friday from 11am to 6pm, Saturday 11am to 4pm, or Sunday from 12pm to 4pm!
