Zoey, Female, 10 years old, 100 pounds Zoey is a sweet 10 year old Shepherd that is looking for a quiet, calm retirement home. She’s such a loving gentle soul, and enjoys short walks and lots of cuddle time! Zoey absolutely loves to play fetch- and spending time in the outdoor play yards with volunteers. She dreams of losing a few pounds to get back to her girlish figure! Zoey is an absolute love of a dog! Will you be the one to fall in love with Zoey today? No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
