Midnight Knowles is looking for a fospice home! We were able to pull her from her timestamp last week after her family surrendered her in hopes she’d be able to get care for some medical issues they were unable to manage. She wasn’t eating in her former home and did not eat at all while at ACCT which is what prompted her timestamp. Luckily an offer to temp hold her to get her out of there came over and she’s been hanging out with her temp foster family for a week now! She had an evaluation done and at 15 years old, there’s a pretty strong suspicion for GI lymphoma. She was started on steroids and finally started eating again and is otherwise doing very well on the steroids! She’s looking for a soft place to land since it’s very likely she doesn’t have a ton of time left. Some being in temp holding she’s been an angel! She is a lap kitty who wants to stick to you like glue! She loves to make biscuits and she even enjoys being read to by her tiny human friend! Overall she’s an amazing girl who deserves to spend her final days getting lots of love! We will cover the cost of her meds & remaining care, we just want to see her be happy for whatever time she has left!
