He will howl if confined, but this behavior is temporary, lasting maybe 30 minutes. Scout is smart and enjoying indoor life. About Scout: Scout and his six siblings were born and raised outdoors, roaming freely in the woods and streets. Following their mother's spaying, all seven puppies were secured.
