He’s the kind of cat who may come off a little unsure at first, but once he has a moment to settle in, his sweet personality starts to shine through. Joe can be a bit nervous in new situations, which is completely understandable in a shelter environment, but he adjusts quickly with a calm approach and gentle attention.
