Waldo is an adorable adult beagle weighing approx. 25 lbs. He was an unclaimed stray and now ready for adoption. He is a quiet boy would love a forever home. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals. we do not adopt to college students, however, they are welcome to volunteer.
