Meet Copper! This sweet little boy is bursting with energy, personality, and pure joy. Copper never misses a step the big dogs make in his foster home — if they’re running, he’s running. If they’re playing, he’s right in the middle of it. He absolutely loves his rope toys and, even though he rarely wins, he never turns down a good game of tug-of-war with his foster siblings. Copper is working hard on his potty training and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He’s a smart little guy who just wants to learn and be part of the action. After a full day of play, Copper is just as happy to cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie with you. He also loves zooming around the backyard chasing his ball and soaking up every second of fun. Copper came to us after being picked up by our local animal control officer. He was wearing a sweater, and we were certain someone would come looking for him… but no one ever did. So we stepped in to make sure his story had a happy ending. We brought him into our rescue, got him vetted, and now he’s ready for the forever family he’s been waiting for. Copper has so much love and life to give. Using the link or copying and pasting it is the fastest way to reach us: Application: https://form.jotform.com/222705071398154 ⸻ Adoption Fee & Pickup Locations: Total adoption fee: $400 The adoption fee includes transport to the following locations: Missouri: * Herculaneum (south of St Louis) - Friday evening Illinois: • Collinsville (north of St. Louis) - Friday evening • Springfield - Friday evening • Bloomington / Normal - Friday evening • Oglesby - Saturday morning • Roscoe - Saturday morning Wisconsin: • Sun Prairie - Saturday late morning • Fond du Lac - Saturday early afternoon Additional notes: • Green Bay area adopters meet in Fond du Lac • Joliet & Davenport area adopters meet in Oglesby or Roscoe • Milwaukee area adopters: we do not have a Milwaukee stop, but we do stop in Sun Prairie, Fond du Lac, and Roscoe (near Rockford) Medical & Spay/Neuter Information: Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round. Puppies under 6–8 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy’s first birthday, at the adopter’s expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee. ⸻ About Our Rescue Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Adoption proceeds go directly toward: • Spaying and neutering dogs for low-income families in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana • Medical care for rescued puppies and dogs • Emergency veterinary assistance for families in need when possible All dogs remain in Texas foster homes until adopted. ⸻ Breed Disclaimer: Breed is our best estimate based on the puppy’s appearance and, when known, the mother’s appearance.
