He is very playful and people-oriented, he loves following his family around the house and being as close to them as possible. He also loves window watching, playing chase, and eating snacks and treats. Cotton is also neutered, litter-box trained, and a fully indoor kitty. Since Cotton has had some issues with other kitties we think he would do best in a solo cat household, and with a family who can be there for him so he feels loved :) He came to be fostered because his original owners could no longer care for him.
