Meet the incredible Ava! 🌟 This sweet soul is currently bravely enduring her days in an outdoor kennel in Texas, where we first spotted her and knew we had to rescue her! 💔 After seeing her photos, our hearts just ached for her, and we got her to a compassionate vet who has been so helpful. But her journey to a happy life is just beginning. Ava is not only fighting a pesky skin infection, but she’s also been diagnosed with heartworm and a few tick-borne diseases. 😢 But let me tell you, this girl is a fighter! She’s already on the mend with treatments underway, and the love she’s bound to receive is going to make this a turning point in her life. 🙌 Now, here's a bit about our darling Ava: she’s around 2 years old and weighs a lovely 44 pounds. 🐕 She’s friendly with everyone she meets, both people and dogs alike! However, she hasn't been tested with young children or cats yet, so let’s keep that in mind. And while we’re working on getting her into a cozy foster home, you can rest easy knowing that she is vetted, up-to-date with her vaccinations, and microchipped. Ava is a gem waiting to dazzle her future family! Her brain is as big as her heart, and she’s sure to shower her new humans with all the love they deserve.
