Nollie came to the rescue after enduring significant neglect in her previous home, where she was kept outdoors without shelter, food, or water. She arrived extremely underweight due to this abuse but has shown a remarkably loving and gentle attitude with volunteers, soaking up positive attention and thriving in a caring environment. Though she exhibited some aggression toward her former housemate, her behavior is still under assessment to determine if she will do best as an only dog. Nollie is currently crate trained and travels calmly in the car. She will be spayed and have a gastropexy as soon as her medical team clears her for surgery.
