About Abigail

Meet Abigail, a sweet and social Weimaraner who’s recovering well from her recent spay and gastropexy surgeries. At just one year old, she weighs around 60 pounds and should ideally slim down a bit to be at her healthiest. Abigail has a beautiful gray coat and a friendly demeanor that endears her to everyone she meets. Although she's still in recovery, Abigail walks nicely on a leash and has had some basic training. We haven't yet had the chance to see how she interacts with other dogs or children, but her mild-mannered attitude suggests she could fit well into many homes. Abigail is currently in Birmingham, Alabama, and will be ready for adoption soon. If you think she might be the right addition to your family, don’t hesitate to apply! What are you waiting for?
