Meet Thelma and Louise! Thelma is calm, obedient and friendly. She walks well on a leash, knows how to play a game of fetch and how to sit for a treat. She loves to be pet and prefers to be near her person. When I asked the volunteers for info on Louise, this is what I got... Louise is a pack a day smoker. We are trying to get her to cut back but she has been on it since the 80s so it’s slow going. She is a single mom that works 2 jobs. She has no time for any bologna and won’t be taking any notes at this time. She does however KNOW how to sit for a treat, although she takes her sweet time about it and seems suspicious about your asking her to do it. ***Everyone got a laugh out of it, but no one disagreed that it's an accurate description. *** They did however mention that both dogs (yes, even Louise) come when called and love each other very much.
