Royce is a 7 year old maltese or Havanese mix. He weighs about 20 lbs. Royce was owner surrendered cause he was not allowed in the apartment complex. He is neutered and will be groomed and vetted soon. He is ok with several of the other foster dogs but he is used to being the only dog. He has been around children. He is friendly with people.
