About Gypsy

Start your journey together! Apply now. Gypsy is an adult female Pit Bull Terrier, currently cared for by Troy Animal Rescue Project. All pets adopted through the rescue will receive up-to-date vaccinations, and Gypsy is already spayed and confirmed heartworm negative. She will be given monthly flea/tick preventative, heartworm preventative appropriate for her age, and regular deworming. Additionally, Gypsy comes microchipped for your peace of mind. Please note: A home visit and veterinary reference are part of the adoption process, and the adoption fee for Gypsy is $100. The rescue does not perform same-day adoptions. If you are interested, ensure your lease allows pets (if renting) and include the correct vet or personal reference details on your application. Potential adopters can meet up to three pets after an application is submitted and reviewed. Final adoption is dependent on a meet-and-greet and a final vet check, ensuring each pet is ready and healthy to go home. Appointments are scheduled based on staff availability, including some after-hours and weekends. Fun fact: Because Gypsy was born on September 5, she is a Virgo! Virgo dogs are known to be loyal and highly attentive companions. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
