Charlie’s owner was too old to care for him. He’s 13 years old and weighs 12 pounds. He is dog and cat friendly, but not child friendly. If he feels threatened, he will try to bite. He needs somebody that will let him do what he wants at his own pace. He does enjoy going for walks and he’s housebroken. He tested negative for heartworm.
