About Walter
Walter isn’t available for adoption, but he’s the heart of his hospice caregiver’s home. At seventeen, he’s grown comfortable in a calm, rural setting, spending his days alongside guinea hens, pigs, goats, and big dogs—everyone got along after some comical introductions. The kitten still keeps Walter on his toes, especially near food, but otherwise, he fits right in. He enjoys the steady, gentle pattern of farm life and the warmth of cozy beds, soft blankets, and treats. Walter is here to enjoy peace, dignity, and the best days possible for as long as they last. He’s on a prescription diet to keep him comfortable, and his caregiver is thankful for the support that makes these final months full of comfort, visits outdoors, and real love. Walter is a Libra, said to find balance and beauty, and that feels right for the gentle life he’s landed in. Your support can help ensure his days remain this good. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
