This 8-month-old snow white cutie has the silliest little eyebrows that permanently look like he’s plotting something adorable (because he is). Mashed Potato was found outside by his foster’s partner—and clearly knew exactly who to walk up to. One look at that face and he was scooped up, safe, and on his way into rescue. Smart boy. He’s young, playful, and full of kitten energy, and he loves having friends to romp around with. He’s cat- and dog-friendly, but he must go to a home with another playful cat to keep him company.
