Parky is a charming 6-year-old Beagle who found himself at the rescue after his owner faced serious health issues. When he arrived, he tipped the scales at a hefty 39 pounds but has been slowly shedding weight. Unlike some of his more energetic hound companions, Parky takes a laid-back approach to life. He excels in house manners and navigates the dog door like a pro. While he maintains a keen interest in the toy basket, opting to rummage through it rather than causing any mischief. Initially a little possessive, Parky has adapted well to sharing affection with other dogs, thanks to his new pack. He’s crate trained and comfortably sleeps beside his human at night. Parky adores attention and prefers to stay nearby, but he also enjoys his time frolicking outdoors, engaging in typical beagle activities.
