Castiel
AvailableCastiel is a buff, tan, and white male cat with a short coat, representing a delightful mix of Domestic Short Hair and Siamese. He is of medium size, uncommonly affectionate, and very playful. He is not yet house trained but is already neutered, fully vaccinated, and has special needs due to being FELV positive. Castiel is currently thriving at Sun Valley Animal Shelter, eagerly awaiting his forever home.
About Castiel
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Castiel is surgically sterilized and comes neutered with certification—he’s 100% healed and doesn’t require any further medical attention for his surgery. When you adopt him, he will already be microchipped with registration completed, and fully vaccinated (Rabies and FVRCP-FeLV, with shot records provided). He has tested FIV negative, but is FELV positive, so he needs to be in a home without FELV negative cats. Castiel is currently working on his basic training and socializing with other cats, while soaking up attention from many loving people. He goes home with a special goody bag filled with food, identification-tagged collar, toys, a cozy bed, and more. Castiel is part of a dynamic duo with Naomi—they are a bonded pair who play and cuddle together nonstop! These two fill their foster home with fun, laughter, and endless kitten energy. He is described as very sweet, playful, and cuddly, and thrives in interactive homes where play is encouraged. He loves tunnels, wand toys, and being surrounded by people. However, Castiel is not good with dogs, requires regular nail trims, and will need a home prepared to kitten-proof. Because he’s FELV positive, he should not be housed with FELV negative cats. Castiel celebrates his birthday on June 18, making him a playful Gemini—a sign known for their high energy and social nature! Are you ready to take a chance on Castiel and Naomi? They promise their vibrant energy and affection will bring lots of joy to your life. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
