Oscar was surrendered through no fault of his own due to a change in his owner's circumstances. He is a friendly and happy cat . He does however tend to overeat if left to his own devices. He is on a special diet here at the shelter for his kidney health as well as his weight. He does get along with other cats but tends to eat all the food available.
