Splasher is a large female tuxedo and domestic short hair mix, with a short coat and a gentle presence. She is an adult cat who has been spayed, is house trained, and receives all necessary vaccinations. Located in Ringwood, NJ, Splasher is known for her shy but calm personality and her preference for feline companionship over children. She would be a great fit for someone looking for a companion for another cat, especially in a barn or indoor/outdoor setting.

About Splasher

Splasher tends to be cautious around people but really bonds with other cats. She was trapped at six weeks old in Paterson, NJ back in April 2024, and now she's the last of her siblings still waiting for a home. Splasher is spayed, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and is current on all her vaccinations. Her favorite thing is cuddling in a cubby with Cosmo, her best friend who’s also on the shy side—they’re nearly identical and rarely apart. The current goal is to find both Splasher and Cosmo a barn or indoor/outdoor placement where they can be adopted together, as they truly rely on one another for comfort and company. Both are fully vetted and ready for a quieter kind of home, with an adopter who understands their reserved nature. Splasher does not get along well with children but loves the company of cats. Appointments to meet them can be arranged. Click apply to start the adoption process.
