About Leon
Leon is a sturdy little corgi mix, weighing in at 32 pounds, with signature short legs and a cheerful golden, black, and brown coat. After being rescued from a small shelter in Louisiana, Leon has flourished in foster care and is eager to find a permanent spot in someone's heart. At around 4 years old, he is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has completed his heartworm treatment—so he’s ready for a fresh start. Leon thrives on attention and loves exploring new places, happily riding in cars and showing off his playful side. He's working on his house training and is comfortable sleeping in a crate. Leon prefers to be the only pet and is best suited for an adult-only home where he doesn’t have to share the spotlight. While Leon isn't a fit for households with other animals, he makes up for it with loyalty and enthusiasm for his humans. Leon can’t wait to meet the person who will give him the loving home he deserves. Start your journey together! Apply now.
