He came to the shelter as a stray, and although an owner was located, no one ever came for him. Rambo is now ready for a fresh start with a family who sees him for the good boy he is. True to his age, Rambo is an overgrown puppy in an adult-sized body. He’s strong, enthusiastic, and full of affection, with a tail that never seems to stop wagging. Once he gets going, he cannot control the wiggle, and it’s impossible not to smile around him. Rambo is affectionate and people-loving and will benefit from a decompression period as he transitions into home life. He’s still learning household routines and manners, but he keeps his kennel tidy and shows a lot of promise with structure and consistency. He has done well with most other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. Rambo has shown no real interest in the cat room, though as with any introductions, slow and appropriate introductions are recommended.
