Sassafras just arrived from Chicago Animal Care and Control, and we’re still getting to know her - but so far, we’re pretty smitten. This sweet girl has been gentle with staff and has shown friendly manners around other dogs. She seems grateful for every bit of attention and leans right into affection when it’s offered. As Sassafras settles in, we’ll keep learning more about her personality and favorite things, but if you’re looking for a kind, loving pup who’s ready for a fresh beginning, she’s definitely one to watch!
