About Milo
Meet Milo! Milo is a one-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix with a big, friendly presence and a playful streak. He weighs around 59 pounds and sports a brown, short coat. Milo's energy is a good balance: he’ll join you for a run or bike ride, but he’s just as happy to flop beside you for a movie night. He’s house trained, crate trained, and does well in the car. Living with two small dogs and playing with much larger ones, Milo gets along easily with canines of all sizes. He shares his foster home with two cats, too; while he’d like to play, he knows when to back off and keeps things respectful. Milo is gentle and friendly with people, greeting new faces with excitement rather than hesitation. He’s met teenagers and babies, and though he can get curious and a bit jumpy around infants, he isn’t rough. Milo is still learning about household life—some sounds like the vacuum or high-pressure hoses spook him, but he’s adapting day by day. He loves toys, especially fetch, but plushies rarely last long thanks to his powerful jaws, so he needs toys made for tough chewers. Milo is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines. He’s searching for a home ready to share new adventures and help him keep learning what life indoors is all about. Click apply to start the adoption process.
